Terms and Conditions of the Tarot Reader Iza Online Shop

This document (the “Terms and Conditions”) sets out the rules for the provision of electronic services and the sale of services through the Tarot Reader Iza online shop, available at wrozkaiza.pl/en (the “Shop”).

1. General Provisions

The owner of the Shop and data controller is: Tarot Reader Iza Shop, kontakt@wrozkaiza.pl (“Seller” or “Tarot Reader Iza”).

A Customer is a natural person with full legal capacity, and, where provided for by applicable law, also a natural person with limited legal capacity, a legal person, or an organizational unit without legal personality to which the law grants legal capacity, intending to conclude or having concluded a Sales Agreement with the Seller.

The services offered in the Shop cover the areas of: horoscopes, tarot, dream analysis, and numerology, as well as fortune-telling, provided by electronic means.

These Terms and Conditions form an integral part of the sales agreement concluded with the Customer.

Using the Shop requires the Customer to read and accept these Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy.

All prices shown in the Shop are gross prices (inclusive of VAT, where applicable) and are stated in Polish currency (PLN).

2. Types and Scope of Services

Tarot Reader Iza offers the following services:

Horoscope: Personalized horoscopes based on the Customer’s date and place of birth.

Tarot: Tarot card readings answering the Customer’s questions or addressing general areas of life.

Dream Analysis: Interpretation of the Customer’s dreams.

Rituals: Performance of magical rituals based on the type selected.

Numerology: Numerological analysis based on the Customer’s date of birth and name.

Fortune-telling: Fortune-telling based on the Customer’s questions.

Runes: Casting and interpreting runes based on information submitted by the Customer.

Services are provided by electronic means, most commonly by sending a written work product (e.g., a PDF document or an email message) to the email address provided by the Customer. The service is completed within 1 to 2 business days.

The services are advisory, esoteric, and entertainment in nature. Tarot Redaer Iza does not guarantee that any prediction will come true or that any particular outcome will be achieved. Customers should approach the content received through these services with an open mind and with the understanding that it does not replace professional legal, medical, financial, or psychological advice.

All materials, works, and content provided as part of the services are protected by copyright and are intended solely for the Customer’s personal use. Distribution of such materials without the Seller’s consent is prohibited.

3. Placing and Fulfilling Orders

Orders for services may be placed through the Shop’s website 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

To place an order, the Customer selects a service, adds it to the cart, and then completes the order form by providing the necessary information (first and last name, email address, and the data required to perform the service — e.g., date of birth, questions for the tarot reading).

Correctly completing the order form and clicking the “Buy and Pay” button (or an equivalent) constitutes an offer to purchase the selected service.

After placing an order, the Customer receives an automatic order confirmation at the email address provided. This confirms only that the Seller has received the order.

The sales agreement is concluded once the Customer receives an email confirming that the order has been accepted for fulfillment and that payment has been credited.

The service is fulfilled once payment has been credited to the Seller’s account, within a period of 1 to 2 days.

If additional information is required to fulfill the service, the Seller will contact the Customer by email. Failure by the Customer to respond within the specified period may result in a delay in fulfilling the order or its cancellation.

4. Payment Methods

The following payment methods are available in the Shop:

Electronic payments (fast bank transfers, card payments) processed through an external payment provider — handled by Stripe.

The terms of payment processing by external providers are governed by their own terms and conditions.

Failure to pay within 3 days of placing an order will result in the order being cancelled.

5. Withdrawal from the Agreement and Refunds

Pursuant to Article 38(13) of the Polish Consumer Rights Act (Journal of Laws of 2014, item 827, as amended), the right of withdrawal from a distance or off-premises contract does not apply to a consumer in respect of service agreements where the trader has fully performed the service with the consumer’s express consent, having informed the consumer beforehand that they will lose the right of withdrawal once the trader has performed the service in full.

By placing an order and accepting these Terms and Conditions, the Customer consents to the service beginning before the withdrawal period has elapsed and acknowledges that the right of withdrawal is lost once the Seller has fully performed the service.

If a service has not yet been fully performed and the Customer wishes to withdraw from the agreement, the Customer should contact the Seller by email without delay.

The Seller will make every effort to fulfill the service within the agreed timeframe. If, for reasons attributable to the Seller, the service is not performed within the agreed timeframe, the Customer has the right to cancel the service and request a refund of the amount paid.

6. Complaints

The Customer has the right to file a complaint if a service was performed inconsistently with its description or with these Terms and Conditions.

Complaints should be submitted in writing (by email) to the address given in Section 1 of these Terms and Conditions, within 14 days of receiving the service.

A complaint should include: the Customer’s first and last name, the order number, a description of the subject of the complaint, and the Customer’s requested resolution.

The Seller will review the complaint within 14 business days of receipt and will inform the Customer by email of the outcome.

If a complaint is upheld, the Seller may offer to perform the service again, or to refund part or all of the amount paid.

7. Newsletter

The Customer may voluntarily subscribe to the Shop’s newsletter by providing their email address.

Subscribing to the newsletter constitutes consent to receive commercial information by electronic means from Tarot Reader Iza.

The Customer may unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time by clicking the relevant link included in every newsletter message or by contacting the Seller.

All content, materials, works, service descriptions, graphic elements, logos, and software available in the Shop are the property of the Seller or its licensors and are protected by copyright.

Copying, modifying, distributing, transmitting, or otherwise using the Shop’s content in any way without the Seller’s prior written consent is prohibited.

9. Protection of Personal Data

Detailed rules governing the processing of Customers’ personal data are set out in the Tarot Reader Iza Privacy Policy, available on the Shop’s website.

By making a purchase in the Shop, the Customer accepts the terms of the Privacy Policy.

10. Final Provisions

Matters not regulated by these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by Polish law, in particular the Civil Code and the Consumer Rights Act.

Any disputes arising from agreements concluded through the Shop shall be resolved by the court having jurisdiction over the Seller’s registered seat, unless the Customer is a consumer, in which case disputes shall be resolved by the court having jurisdiction under the provisions of the Code of Civil Procedure.

The Seller reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions. The Seller will notify Customers of any amendments by publishing the new version on the Shop’s website and, in the case of Customers with active orders or a newsletter subscription, by email. Amendments take effect within [suggested period, e.g., 7 days] of their publication. Orders placed before the amendments take effect will be fulfilled under the Terms and Conditions in force on the date the order was placed.
